With over 25 years’ experience in legal marketing and business development, she has worked closely with firm leadership teams to strengthen market positioning, build sustainable pipelines, and embed effective BD cultures. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how law firms actually operate, from partnership dynamics and decision-making to client expectations and internal culture.

Vikki has held senior marketing and BD roles within British and international law firms and has led major growth initiatives, including rebrands, digital and website strategy programmes, BD learning and development, and the introduction of new technologies. Her work now sits at leadership and strategy level, advising on growth, positioning, client relationships, and how AI is reshaping the business of law.
