Welcome Lisa Neitzel to Edge International

We are thrilled to welcome Lisa Neitzel as the newest Principal at Edge International.

With more than 30 years of experience leading operational functions at law firms ranging from boutique practices to large international firms, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership, operational transformation, and talent development. Most recently, she served as Managing Director – Regional Administration at Winston Taylor LLP, where she served as a thought partner to firm leaders, guided multi-office teams, and helped drive strategic initiatives.

Lisa also brings a deeply human perspective to law firm leadership — combining operational excellence with a commitment to workplace culture, collaboration, and mental well-being. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, she has co-trained more than 100 legal professionals, helping firms build healthier, more resilient workplaces.
