A former UK law firm partner who made partner before 30, Charlotte is now one of Silicon Valley’s leading executive coaches for senior legal leaders. Over the past decade she has coached more than 200 lawyers globally, with a focus on what matters most in today’s profession: helping legal teams perform under pressure, lead through change, and retain their best people.

She also brings a forward-looking edge to the work — combining executive coaching with behavioral assessment and AI-enabled tools to scale leadership development across legal teams.
