Welcome Erika Steinberg to Edge International

We are pleased to welcome Erika Steinberg to Edge International as a Principal.

Based in New York, Erika brings deep experience working inside law firms and advising firm leadership on marketing, business development, and growth initiatives, complementing the marketing expertise represented in London through Vikki Bentwood’s work. Her addition further strengthens Edge’s global bench of principals and expands the range of insight available to clients in the North American market.

Erika has spent her career working with law firms, including more than a decade as Director of Marketing Operations at Sidley Austin LLP in New York and previously as Director of Business Development & Marketing at Kaye Scholer. In addition to her in-house leadership roles, she has advised numerous firms on strategy, structure, and execution. For the past seven years, she has led CMO2go, Inc., an outsourced CMO and marketing advisory firm she founded to support midsize law firms across the U.S. and Canada.

Erika’s work focuses on helping firms translate strategy into sustained execution. Her range of experience working with law firms equips her to offer consulting encompassing issues in marketing strategy, business development, client relationship management, lateral integration, and succession planning, with a strong focus on practical solutions that work in real-world law firm environments.

In addition to her consulting work, Erika is the host of the podcast Around the Ladder, which explores non-linear career paths through conversations with professionals across the legal industry and beyond.

Erika brings a broad and well-rounded perspective to her work with law firms, shaped by her experience as a consultant, business owner, and in-house legal marketing professional. She reflects what Edge looks for in its principals: deep experience in the legal sector, a high level of professionalism, and a practical skill set that adds to – and strengthens – the existing bench of expertise.
